Hi, I’m a Specialist Wellness Counsellor with the ASCHP. I offer in-person counselling sessions in Pretoria as well as online counselling sessions.

My professional approach is rooted in a combination of a person-centered methodology and a more directive strategy. I am convinced that each individual possesses the key to their own wellness; at times, we simply require assistance to discover that key and open up a new realm of possibilities.

Throughout my career, I have been fortunate to work with children, adolescents, adults, and diverse groups, providing guidance as they navigate a wide array of challenges and hurdles.
